A bantamweight bout between former WEC champ Brian Bowles (9-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC) and onetime title challenger Takeya Mizugaki (14-5-2 MMA, 1-0 UFC) has been added to July's UFC 132 lineup.UFC officials today announced the matchup. MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) confirmed the bout isn't signed but is in the process of being finalized.
UFC 132, which is the UFC's Independence Day-weekend show, takes place July 2 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
The night's main card, including a championship headliner between bantamweight titleholder Dominick Cruz and Urijah Faber, airs live on pay-per-view. It's not clear if Bowles vs. Mizugaki will be part of the broadcast. Read more
